Personnel traffic is the most important factor which must be controlled. Pass boxes allow the material to be transferred without actual personnel movement. Static pass boxes are used when material movement is inside the classified areas. Pass boxes are provided with a door interlocking system to avoid contamination. Inside pencil, coving is provided to avoid dust deposition in the pass box working area.
